Plaxis 3D Foundation is a finite element package intended for the
three-dimensional deformation analysis of foundation
structures.Foundations form the interaction between an upper structure
and the soil. Settlements depend on local soil conditions and on the
construction method. Especially for pile-raft foundations there is an
important interplay between the pile, the raft and the soil to support
the forces from the upper structure. In this interplay deformations are a
key factor. Such a situation can only be analysed effectively by means
of three-dimensional finite element calculations in which proper models
are incorporated to simulate soil behaviour and soil-structure
interaction.
Plaxis 3D Foundation offers these facilities. A brief summary of
important features of the program can be found on the 'Features' page.

PLAXIS نرمافزاري المان محدود پيشرفته
براي تحليل تغيير شكلها و پايداري در پروژههاي مهندسي ژئوتكنيك كاربرد
دارد. معمولاً در مسائل مهم ژئوتكنيك، يك مدل رفتاري پيشرفته براي مدلسازي
رفتار غيرخطي و وابسته به زمان خاكها بسته به هدف مورد نظر لازم است. با
اين نرم افزار ميتوان خاكبرداري و خاكريزي مرحلهاي با شرايط بارگذاري و
شرايط مرزي مختلف را با استفاده از المانهاي مثلثي 6 گرهي و 15 گرهي مدل
سازي نمود. اولين ويرايش اين نرمافزار به منظور آناليز سدهاي خاكي احداث
شده بر روي خاكهاي نرم درقسمتهاي كمارتفاع و پست كشور هلند و به سفارش
مديريت منابع آب آن كشور در دانشگاه صنعتي Delft در سال 1987 تهيه و سپس در
سال 1993 قابليتهاي آن گسترش داده شده كه توسط موسسه (CUR)
Center for Civil Engineering Research
and Codes نيز مورد تأئيد و پشتيباني قرار گرفته است.
در اين نرم افزار مدلهاي رفتاري موهر-
كلمب، مدل سخت شوندگي هذلولي، مدل نرم شوندگي (مدل Cam-Clay) و مدل نرم
شوندگي خزشي قابل بكارگيري است، همچنين با اين نرم افزار ميتوان فرايند
ساخت و حفاري را توسط فعال كردن و غير فعال كردن المانها در مرحله محاسبات
مدل كرد. نمونهاي از كاربرد اين قابليت، انجام آناليز لايه به لايه در
پايداري شيبها ، سدها و تونلها مي باشد.
